We will perform our work with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden structural issues, or customer-provided equipment failures.

7. Warranty
Warranty details for parts and labor will be discussed at the time of service. Some exclusions may apply based on manufacturer warranty terms or improper customer use after service completion.

8. Service Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

9. Changes to Terms
Dave’s Plumbing & Rooter reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
